REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS

At Gianni Bellucci we want each customer to be satisfied with their purchase, so we have made every effort to make it easier for you to return or change products in the event that the product does not suit you. Within 30 days of receipt, you can easily return or replace the product if it does not suit you or is damaged.
In case of complaints, you can also request a refund.

((If we receive product back anyway, even though this is against our business policy - you can claim your products back, but we will send the package back to you at your expense in the amount of 50€ due to the additional costs and labor involved in this action.)
  • We do not currently offer free refunds.
  • The refund and complaints process lasts from 5-14 days after the package is received
Our company reserves the right to finalize complaints and requests based on the clients confirmations and provided proofs alone. In this case any subsequent appeals regarding the complaint or request will be rejected as we will only consider the information provided at the time of the processing period. If it later turns out that the client did not return the products named in the confirmation or they are not in accordance with our policy, we will demand the return of the missing product or a refund of the price difference.
