About us

Gianna Bellucci is a premium European lingerie brand. We design and sell direct to consumer, and Italy is one of our most important markets. We are small, fast, and we do not have layers of approval. You will work directly with the chief marketing officer.

We are now building our Italian presence properly: a creator programme with real standards, a community of Gianna Bellucci women in Milan, and a brand that people talk about rather than scroll past.

The role

You will own how Gianna Bellucci shows up in Italy. That means running our creator programme day to day, leading our events in Milan, and being one of the voices that puts the brand in front of Italian media.

This is not a purely creative role and it is not purely operational. Roughly three quarters of your week is running the programme: finding creators, negotiating, briefing, chasing content, checking numbers. The other quarter is creative: organising events, leading a podcast, giving interviews, speaking to magazines.

The basics

Full-time, based in Milan and working remotely. Reporting to the CMO. Expected start in September.

Jouw werk bij ons bedrijf

Creator programme, about 75% of your time

  • Find, pitch and sign creators in Italy, from nano to mid-tier
  • Negotiate rates and deliverables, and hold creators to them
  • Brief creators on product, hooks and brand tone
  • Track content volume, performance and payments, and flag underperformance early
  • Spot inauthentic engagement and inflated views before we pay for them
  • Own the roster: who is active, who is paused, who we drop

Events and community, about 20%

  • Organise our Milan events end to end: venue, suppliers, guest list, run of show
  • Build a community of members and creators who come back

Brand voice and press, about 5%

  • Lead and organise our podcast
  • Build relationships with Italian fashion and lifestyle press

What you need

  • Based in Milan or within commuting distance
  • Native Italian and fluent professional English. Our team, contracts and reporting are in English.
  • You are comfortable on a microphone. You have done it and you can show us.
  • You have a personal audience of your own, so you understand how creators think and what they want.
  • You are organised to the point of being slightly annoying about it. You chase, you follow up, you notice when a number looks wrong.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing other creators or talent, not only being talent yourself
  • Existing relationships with Italian fashion or lifestyle media
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, Notion and Google Drive

  • We make lingerie. You will be publicly associated with a lingerie brand, in front of creators, guests and media.
