Terms of Participation in Prize Games

• Organizer

  The organizer of the prize game is Gianna Bellucci d.o.o., Cesta dveh cesarjev 393, 1000 Ljubljana.

• Duration of the Prize Game

  Entries for the prize game are collected until 18th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered in the winner selection.

• Conditions of Participation

  The prize game is open to individuals with permanent residence in Slovenia, over 18 years of age. A condition for participation in the draw is a purchase worth over 100 € and a valid and completed order. If the participant returns the order in full or withdraws from it, they no longer meet the conditions for participating in the prize game and are excluded from the draw.

• Method of Participation

  Participants follow the instructions published with the prize game (e.g., following the profile, commenting, sharing the post, or subscribing to e-newsletters).

• Prizes

  Prizes are described in each prize game's announcement. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other equivalents.

• Selection of Winner

  The winner will be selected randomly or at the discretion of the committee, as specified in the rules of each game. The winner will be informed via the contact details provided upon participation. The winner will be selected and announced 30 days after the end of the entry collection.

• Data Protection

  By participating, participants agree to the processing of personal data for the purposes of conducting the prize game. The data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the conclusion of the game.

• Liability

  The organizer does not assume liability for any technical difficulties in the execution of the prize game.

• Changes to the Rules

  The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the prize game if required by technical or legal reasons.

• "Lifetime supply"

  The winner of the "Lifetime Supply of Gianna Bellucci" prize will receive 100 € in the form of credits on their Gianna Bellucci user profile every month. The credit will be awarded to the winner monthly for a lifetime and can be used to purchase any products available at the time of purchase in the Gianna Bellucci online store. The monthly credit of 100 € can be used exclusively for purchases in the Gianna Bellucci online store and is not payable in cash, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person or user profile. To receive the monthly credit, the winner must maintain an active Gianna Bellucci user profile linked with the email address used to participate in the prize game for the entire duration of the prize. The prize is personal and belongs exclusively to the selected winner. The right to the prize cannot be sold, gifted, transferred, or otherwise assigned to a third party. For the purpose of these rules, the term "lifetime" means the lifetime of the selected prize winner.
